1. Scope of Services

We provide website development services, which may include:

• Landing pages

• Standard business websites

• E-commerce websites

• Domain registration & hosting

• Ongoing maintenance (optional)

All project deliverables will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.

2. Payment Terms

• Landing Page is ruquired full payment.
• A 50% deposit is required to begin work for standard website and ecommerce website only.

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before the website goes live.

• Additional pages are charged at RM150 per page.

• Ongoing maintenance is optional at RM150 per month.

3. Project Timeline

• Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.

• Delays due to client inaction (e.g., late content delivery) may result in timeline extensions.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide all necessary content (text, images, branding assets) in a timely manner.

• Revisions are limited to 2 rounds unless otherwise stated.

5. Domain & Hosting

• All packages include a free domain and 1-year hosting.

• Renewal fees apply after the first year unless maintenance is subscribed.

6. Revisions & Changes

• Small revisions are allowed during the development phase.

• Major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

7. Ownership & Rights

• Upon full payment, you will own the website and its content.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• If the project is canceled midway, charges will apply based on work completed.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Content provided by the client.

• Website downtime caused by third-party hosting or domain issues.

• Security breaches unless the website is under our maintenance plan.

10. Maintenance

• Maintenance includes software updates, backups, and minor fixes.

• Content updates are charged separately unless agreed upon in a plan.
